When I have been provided with an electronic copy of an amendment or substitute motion, I have tried to provide a link to that in the "Subs or Amends" column. I have also provided links to brief definitions of the procedural motions taken. Where one does not exist it likely means that I do not have an electronic copy of the substitute motion or amendment, or I have not had a chance yet to write up a definition to that specific procedural motion.
*I thought I voted "Yes" to terminate debate, but the clicker doesn't lie, and it recorded a vote of "Abstain" on this motion (Article 16, motion to terminate debate). My guess: I was fumbling around with things and hit the #3 key after my first vote. Lesson learned: pay attention to what you're doing with your clicker while the voting window is open!
